RETURN POLICY AND GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your order, rest assured that we will take care of you.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Please let us know of any problems with your order by phone or email withing 7 days of receipt.

If your item is defective, please complete the return form which is enclosed with each order, and send it back to us C.O.D.  

Should you want to return an item that isn't defective,  just complete the return form which is enclosed with each order, and send it back to us.

The cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer (unless it is defective) and it must be in a re-salable condition state with all packaging enclosed.  The determination of whether an item is re-salable rests with us.

Safety, Liability, and Warranties TOP

Our products are intended to be used with adult supervision. As parents, you are the best judge of how your child should interact with our products.

Products can be dangerous if not used properly, so carefully follow instructions for use.Products sold are not intended to be used for solo play or to be used without adult supervision. Harm can result if sound judgement and common sense are not used.

Even with proper care and handling, products will wear. To avoid injury, inspect products on a regular basis so the products can be replaced in a timely manner.

Perfect Day assumes no liability or responsibility for any kind of damage, expense, accident or injury to either individuals or property associated with the use of any products sold by Perfect Day.

Any warranty for any product is made by the manufacturer and not Perfect Day.

 

 

Are Perfect Day products eligible for reimbursement in BC TOP

Per the policies of the Autism Funding Unit, your purchases with Prefect Day may be eligible for reimbursement.  Please consult with your Occupational Therapist or Service Provider.
