Weighted Blankets

The weighted blanket can calm before sleep and at any time of the day. Can improve the level of attention, improve body awareness and decrease sensory seeking behaviors.
The unique design of our covers are equipped with a system adjustable pocket weights that can be removed or added as needed, comfortable and not bulky.This provides flexibility of use and adapts to various needs in the clinic, at home and at school.
All blankets are made in Canada.
Please note that with all weighted products, including blankets, they are not designed to be used for more than about 20 to 30 minutes per session. Please consult with your OT or therapist. If you are unsure of the proper weight, please consult your therapist to be sure.
HOW TO DETERMINE WEIGHT
Many OT's recommend that the weight of the blanket should be 10% of your child's body weight plus 1-2 lbs.
All blankets are special order. Delivery times will be as fast as possible, but wait times can be up to 4 weeks.
