PURCHASING FROM PERFECT DAY
Perfect Day products are available for purchase online or by telephone or e-mail.
All prices quoted online at Perfect Day are in Canadian dollars and do not include GST nor PST. All prices are subject to change.
RETURN POLICY AND GUARANTEE
The majority of our products are handled by little fingers, and therefore it isn't possible to safely repackage and resell. Consequently, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
If your order was a special order, there are no returns unless the product is defective.
If your order was paid for by the Autism Funding Unit, we are obligated to follow their policies. Any refunds go back to your child's allocation. In thes cases, store credits are unfortunately not possible.
There are some exceptions and if you have any concerns, please contact us.
SEVEN DAYS ON DEFECTIVE RETURNS
We will accept returns if the product is defective. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Please let us know of any problems with your order by phone or email within 7 days of receipt. Taking a picture will also be very helpful.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your confidentiality is assured, especially when we are working with you on quotes and purchases that will be paid out of your envelope with the Autism Funding Branch. There will be no discussions with anyone without your approval. All communication with the Branch or with your health care provider only includes your child's initials, and any copies of forms submitted to the Branch by your health care providers are kept in the strictest confidence.
LIABILITY AND SAFETY
Our products are intended to be used with adult supervision. As parents, you are the best judge of how your child should interact with our products.
Products can be dangerous if not used properly, so carefully follow instructions for use.Products sold are not intended to be used for solo play or to be used without adult supervision. Harm can result if sound judgement and common sense are not used.
Even with proper care and handling, products will wear. To avoid injury, inspect products on a regular basis so the products can be replaced in a timely manner.
Perfect Day assumes no liability or responsibility for any kind of damage, expense, accident or injury to either individuals or property associated with the use of any products sold by Perfect Day.
Any warranty for any product is made by the manufacturer and not Perfect Day.
