Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING: for customers outside Greater Victoria

Because the cost of shipping continue to increase, we try to find the most economical way to get your order to you.  We contact a minimum of  three companies for quotes once you've placed your order. Then we contact you with the best rate.  Payment can be by etransfer or credit card.  You will always receive a consolidated sales receipt with your shipment.

If you live out of town, and prefer to save the cost of shipping, we are always pleased to deliver your order to a friend or relative who lives in the Greater Victoria area, and you can make arrangements with them for delivery/pick up.

DELIVERY:

For customers in the Greater Victoria area (including the West Shore, but not Sooke) most orders will be delivered to your door FREE OF CHARGE.  The exceptions are for large bulky items for which shipping to Victoria can be expensive.  We indicate this on an item's page.

We attempt to deliver your order within 48 to 72 hours once received, with the exception of special orders.
